where to start simply awesome experience at Dellarosa Hotel. We had a very long flight more than 17hrs so we requested early checkin by 12pm which was accommodated well. We had our fifteenth wedding anniversary i asked for complimentary upgrade which has been happily done by Mr Mohammed, Miss Leila and Floor Manager i forgot her name 😑. Exceptional welcome by all staff with complementary tea, juices and delicious delicacies. All the staff is extremely polite, helpful and always ready to go extra mile. Our room was upgraded to suite with pool view and it was awesome !!one of our best decision to choose this hotel. Later we moved to Riad in central medina and we regretted that decision. Breakfast is well balanced and delicious. Spa and hammam facilities are very good at reasonable rates!! Location is very good. Good cafes, restaurants and sheesha places are around, the convenience store is just outside the hotel. Very near to train station. And one more thing do able walk to old Medina which is around 2km one way. Straight road, safe track and its flat. So overall all exceptional experience. Use indrive and select taxi not private car for cheap transportation.

Nice stuff. Upgraded our room and we had a separate living room with the balcony. Breakfasts are a bit boring - same everyday and small choice of cheese and ham, tomatoes are plastic, but one guy was playing every day popular music on his marocco instrument and smiled that made a better impression )) We took hamam, jacuzzi and massage. Hamam was too cold, no steam at all, I was sleeping 30 min. Jacuzzi very hot and boiling intensively so worth to take it, but massage was almost oustanding. Rocommend. Nice bar with good tap beer and wine and live music by nights. Hate when smoking inside, but that's Marocco. Best from my hotel impression is a location. Close to everything but on the quiet boulevard. Alot places from cheap and good Iranian restaurant beside to fancy french places

Everything was just easy and so professional. We arrived and got treated like royalty. Our room was lovely and the bed was massive. The restaurant on site was so good (albeit slightly more expensive than the others in the area). The staff were all wonderful and would do anything to make your stay better. The breakfast was really nice and slightly different every day. The spa treatments were great and well worth the money. The whole hotel was spotless and the location was great! Walking distance from the really busy areas of the city but far out enough to enjoy a quieter experience. They even put on entertainment and a special menu for New Year’s Eve. They really went the extra mile at every stage of our stay…

Loved everything about this hotel. It is a true boutique hotel and is beautifully decorated. We had a lovely greeting on arrival from staff offering mint tea and delicious biscuits while we checked in. Our room was nice. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Bar area and pool were great areas to relax. We had dinner in the restaurant. Traditional Moroccan food which was a feast! Served by the friendliest, accommodating staff. Special thanks to Maria who really made us feel spoiled. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

The friendliness from the staff upon immediate arrival was exceptional. They were so warm and inviting you couldn’t help but smile when in their presence. The cleaning service was great - completed on a daily basis and was pristine. The security were active until very late at night which made us feel safe. The location was top tier. Very close to the strip where you’ll find all the fancy restaurants which great entertainment. The hotel staff were so accommodating and always willing to have a chat. They really made our trip that much better.
